Eating Freely 8 Week LIVE Group Program

Where: 2 Options - Live Online Group, and Live in Dublin (Sandyford)

I can guarantee that if you take on board what you learn over the course of this group program, you will finish this time Feeling Better, Looking Better, Sleeping Better, with LOADS more energy, and you will have found the TRUE solution to Eating Freely and still losing weight, if there is weight to be lost.
It will be slower, the changes you make are lifestyle choices - for forever, not just a quick fix, and not a diet in sight - and any weight loss will be at the rate of no more than 1-1.5lbs per week. The difference is, it will STAY off as long as you keep doing what you learn to do on the program.
TWO WAYS TO JOIN:
- A LIVE Online Group for anyone not in Dublin, Ireland;
- Face to Face Group in Sandyford, Dublin 18.
Online: Tuesday Evenings at 7.30pm, or Wednesday mornings at 10am.
Sandyford: Wednesday Evenings at 7.30pm or Thursday mornings at 10am.
Each group is limited to 10 participants to allow plenty of individual time and Q&A for everyone.
HOW WILL THE 8 WEEK PROGRAM WORK?
Every Monday, you will receive an email containing a recorded lesson, with written exercises to do and downloadable resources to begin using straight away.
During the week You will also have a LIVE group session with me to allow a ‘deep dive’ into the material in the recorded session, as well as additional information, resources, and to allow generous Q&A and individual time.
Throughout the program you will also participate in a Secret Facebook Group exclusively for program participants, where you will get additional support both from other program participants and myself. I’ll be posting extra resources, tips and suggestions, and hosting Facebook Lives throughout the 8 weeks for any impromptu Q&A required by the group.
WHAT WILL THE PROGRAM COVER?
I use a combination of CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy), Neuroscience and Mindfulness throughout the program to give you a great toolbox of resources you can begin using straight away, and continue to build on after we finish our work together.
CBT Tools and Resources give you concrete, usable tools that help you significantly reduce bingeing, emotional eating and overeating episodes;
Neuroscience education will teach you how your brain works, why it can be your worst enemy when trying to change or break bad, unhealthy and unhelpful habits, and how you CAN break free of both your old behaviours, AND dial down that negative, critical voice in your head;
Mindfulness brings you back into the present moment, where you can choose to behave differently, challenge your unhelpful thoughts and learn how to calm yourself and reduce anxiety.
Nutritional Rehabilitation - The 8 Week Program also includes one full session with Rachel Barry, Registered Nutritional Therapist, who will work with the groups on the vitally important topic of Nutritional Rehabilitation. When your gut has been abused the way my clients' guts have been abused, it contributes HUGELY to the 'brain fog', lack of motivation, low mood and completely skewed hunger/not hungry cues. This is a critical component of the program, and not to be missed!
